PRESENTATION: Homes in Sedgemoor handed over £1,000 to the ReCreation Centre in Bridgwater
YOUTH activities in the Hamp area received a boost in 2008 in the shape of a cheque for £1,000 from Homes in Sedgemoor.
The cash meant activities at the ReCreation Centre, in Rhode Lane, could take place over the summer holidays.
Homes in Sedgemoor chief executive, Gary Orr, said at the time: "We are keen to support the boxing club, which is proving to be popular with youngsters in the area."
