A HUGE food festival is set to return to the town next month.
Eat:Wellington will be back in the town centre on September 1.
A new trader will feature this year thank's to a bursary for new food and drink producers, sponsored by Thatchers Cider.
Amanda Baker from Millies Handmade Cakes will have a stall featuring customer handmade cakes.
She said: "I am extremely please to be awarded the bursary for a pitch at this event, as a fledgling business this helps enormously to promote and showcase my wares. I am a local business being supported by a fantastic festival."
All eat:Festival traders will be serving foods in compostable and biodegradable cups or packaging.
The festival will also have live food demonstrations at the Quaker Meeting House.
Transition Team Wellington will be showing visitors how to preserve foods at 11am, following by chef Steve Fowell at 1pm and Bini Ludlow with authentic India food at 3pm.
The festival will see more than 80 local food and drink producers showcased alongside lots of free entertainment from 10am until 4pm.
