Neil Albert Buddin, 27, of Gay Close, Wellington, drove a vehicle when the maximum weight for the rear axle was exceeded, £160 fine, £35 costs, £15 compensation. (G).

Sebastien Robertson-Trouselle, 28, of Paddock House, Kingston St Mary, cycling without due care and attention, £235 fine, £15 compensation, £35 costs. (G).
