Road closures in the coming weeks

CHURCH Road, in Kingston St Mary, will be closed from Thursday until Saturday during water supply works by Wessex Water.

Temporary road signals will be in place on Trull Road, Taunton, from Thursday until Monday during drainage works.

Drainage work is being carried out on Thames Drive, Taunton, from Monday to Friday next week.

Moor Road, in North Curry, will be closed next week for verge repairs.

People are asked not to panic on Tuesday and Friday next week – snow ploughs will be out and about in the Taunton and Wellington area, but it is all part of a training exercise.

The A3027 East Street, Taunton, will be closed from 9.30am until 10.15am on Friday, October 10, during Ian Botham’s Great British Walk in aid of leukaemia.

Taunton town centre will be closed to traffic on the evening of Saturday, October 18 during Taunton Carnival procession.
