Several schools are reported to have closed so far this morning due to the snow in Somerset.
Lydeard St Lawrence Primary School, near Taunton, is shut due to parking and turning issues at the rural site.
And Wiveliscombe Primary School is also closed due to heating issues.
In Wellington, Court Fields Community School is open but there is a late start for students, who are expected to attend at 10.45am.
Staff are expected to attend at the normal time.
