WEST Somerset Council is encouraging local people to attend the Department of Energy and Climate Change’s public consultation events.
The events provide information and offer a chance for people to have their say about potential development of new nuclear stations at Hinkley Point.
Events will be held at the Canalside Conference Centre near Junction 24 of the M5, near Bridgwater, from November 19 to 21.
The consultation will be open from 8am to 8pm on Thursday November 19, from 8am to 7pm on Friday November 20 and from 10am to 4pm on Saturday November 21.
A question and answer session will be held on Saturday morning.
