PUPILS at Milverton Primary School are receiving national recognition for their efforts to tackle bullying.
The school is celebrating after 30 pupils received the Diana Anti-Bullying Award.
The award recognises the pupils’ efforts to eradicate bullying in their school and community.
Pupils have been carrying out peer mentoring solving low level disputes before they escalate and helping others resolve their problems.
Head teacher Richard Stead said: “We are very proud of our Diana Anti-Bullying Award holders.
“We will continue to make nominations for this award.
“The value to our young people is immense.”
