RUISHTON Primary School has achieved Investors in People for the third time.

Head teacher Neil Dalton said: “I’m very pleased that the school has been recognised for the continuation of this award.

“I place great importance upon the Investors in People status because it confirms to staff how much we all value their hard work and contribution.

“The achievement, happiness and welfare of our pupils are dependent on that contribution and the total commitment of the staff and others who work with the School.

“All my colleagues are our greatest asset, so thank you and well done to them all.”

Recognising Excellence assessor Joanna Gillingham said: “People across the school recognise the contribution they make to the success of the school and feel that this contribution is valued and appreciated by the senior management team and colleagues.

“Learning and development is a strength of Ruishton, with professional skills being developed to enhance practice and knowledge.”
