This story contradicts itself. How can she have been cut free if they'd been removed by the time crews arrived?

The Child was 3, The mother, who (allegedly) lost control of her car in the first place broke her arm. (The other person who went to the hospital was her husband who turned up later).

The driver of the western power vehicle didn't attend hospital.
