FRUIT smoothies and biscuits replaced timetables at Danesfield Middle School, Williton when youngsters from six local schools put into practice maths skills.
During the two sessions pupils from Crowcombe, Stogumber, St Peters, Williton, Old Cleeve and Knights Templar First Schools as well as Danesfield, measured, halved, counted and weighed in a cookery session, before enjoying the products of all their brain strain.
