One person trapped after M5 crash
A CASUALTY had to be cut free from their vehicle, after a three-car crash on the M5 near Wellington this evening.
Emergency crews – including the air ambulance - were called to lanes two and three of the southbound carriageway between junction 26, Wellington, and 27, Tiverton, at around 6.25pm.
Firefighters cut the trapped casualty free and left them in the hands of paramedics. The nature of their injuries is not yet known.
