Brian Islam, 44, of South Street, Taunton, stole alcohol, community order with three-month curfew (G); breached conditional discharge, resentenced for theft, community order.

Jason Michael Danes, 19, of Otterford Gypsy Park, Culmhead, used a vehicle in a dangerous condition, £160 fine, £15 victim surcharge, £35 costs, three points on licence (G).
