REGAL pooches Charlie and Millie (pictured) polled the most votes to win our Petriotic competition.

In the run up to the Queen's Diamond Jubilee we asked readers to send in photos of their pets looking patriotic and then asked you to vote for your favourite picture.

The English Springer spaniels, also fondly known as Charles and Camilla, are owned by Jane Rudd, of Taunton, and are members of the Somerset Canine Obedience Club.

Jane and the dogs win £20 Countrywide vouchers, two tickets to Taunton Flower Show and a cream tea at Mr Miles Tea Rooms in Taunton.
