Woman takes special memento away from royal visit

Bishops Lydeard was buzzing on Saturday (June 30) as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge made an unannounced visit to Somerset.
One villager came away with a special memento of the royal couple’s visit.
Anne Seal was sat in the same seats as the Duke and Duchess for the following Sunday morning service, and found a black feather on her pew.
She thinks it may have fallen from Pippa Middleton’s hat and added: “I did not know I was sat in the same seats until someone told me at the service – it was very exciting.”
