Parents must be proud, of these two. 17 year old girl who punches men through their car window, she must be a star.

No point in even wasting police time magistrates wont do diddly, they are under 18 and basically they can do how they like in this country for fear the police may process them for 5 mins while the magistrates won't even slap their wrists.

Maybe some muslin states do have the right idea chop there fingers off. They would think twice then.

Chop their fingers off? A little extreme?

Rather than blaming the state for not being punitive enough (as usual, a little tiresome), how about parents taking more responsibility. This is more down to poor parenting and poor social skills, than down to a lack of punitive action from police

How do you get teenagers to behave in a more socially responsible mannor. I blame the wellfare state in this country supports people not working and in turn they lose their self respect and become a public nusiance.
