THIS van parked in Wilton Street, Taunton, got pretty plastered by the look of things.
Traffic wardens slapped no fewer than five tickets on its windscreen.
After the message failed to get through, a Taunton Deane Council officer stuck a notice on the vehicle warning that it would be towed away.
