Literary festival coming to Taunton
TAUNTON is gearing up for a nine-day literary festival from Saturday, September 22, with authors from Paddy Ashdown to Pam Ayres appearing at a range of venues.
The town is also hosting the visual arts Quartz Festival from September 26 to October 6, with performances from opera singer Lesley Garrett, poet John Hegley and cricket commentator Henry Blofeld.
