Digger fire breaks out on Priorswood Industrial Estate
A DRIVER had a lucky escape when his digger caught fire.
The mechanical vehicle caught fire at Priorswood Industrial Estate this afternoon (September 25) shortly after 3pm.
A fire service spokesman said: "Fire engines from Taunton were mobilised following a call from the driver of a small mechanical digger that was on fire. Within minutes of arriving the crews had extinguished the fire, which was caused accidentally."
