Off-road firefighting near Dulverton

AN off-road fire engine was called to an incident in near Dulverton early this morning.
Crews were called to Armoor Lane, Exton, just after 2am.
A spokesman said: “We confirmed a small fire confined to the fireplace of a bedroom which had been affected by smoke. The fire was out on the arrival of fire crews who rodded the chimney flue to clear a blockage.”
