PLANS for 900 homes, a new primary school and a relief road at Monkton Heathfield have been conditionally approved.
The Redrow Homes development, which also includes employment facilities, playing fields and a four-armed roundabout at the former chicken hatchery, was supported by Taunton Deane Council's planning committee last night (Wednesday).
Deane representatives will first try to thrash out Section 106 planning gain' issues before work can go ahead.
