Lizzie's boyfriend, James McLauchlan, of Taunton, has thanked well-wishers for their messages of support and paid tribute to a "romantic girl with a cheeky grin".
The 22-year-old told the County Gazette: "I'd like people not to be sad, but to feel lucky that they've known and been able to spend time with Lizzie - so loved and loveable.
"She had the most beautiful smile, sparkly eyes and infectious laugh.
"She was intelligent, charismatic. She loved people and had friends all over the world."
James said Lizzie was academic, musical, an actress and a first class sportswoman.
He said: "She was a born leader. She knew how to enjoy life, and lived it to the full with verve and enthusiasm.

"A romantic at heart, Lizzie enjoyed music and books. She died doing something she loved in a tragic accident.
"We're all comforted knowing how loved she is and how happy she was, reflected in all the tributes and messages received.
"We thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers. Please remember Lizzie's smile and cheeky grin, with a cup of tea in her hand, and for her sense of mischief and fun.
"For all of us who knew her our lives are richer and better. She was a magical, sensitive and beautiful person.
"An inspiration to us all, Lizzie will always be with us."
