A CAMPER van was deliberately set on fire in a lay-by at Thurloxton at 10.32pm last nifht (Friday).
One fire engine from Bridgwater and an incident support unit from Taunton extinguished the fire using one hose reel jet, one main reel jet and two breathing apparatus.
The camper van and its contents suffered 100% fire and heat damage.
