A CLOUDY day for Somerset is set to turn wet by this evening.
In their south west summary, Met Office said: "It will be a dry and bright start, especially further east.
"Cloud will thicken from the west with rain and drizzle spreading slowly across the region through the day bringing low cloud and hill fog."
The maximum temperature is set to reach around 11C, before falling to a minimum of 7C overnight.
Tomorrow's forecast said: "Wednesday will be cloudy with outbreaks of rain and drizzle, and some hill fog further west. It will feel quite mild despite the grey weather."
The temperature is set to peak at around 13C.
