SOME patchy overnight frost and fog is set to give way to a nice sunny day across Somerset today with some cloudy weather forecast for this afternoon.
In their south west summary, Met Office said: "It will be a cold start to the day with patchy frost and fog. However, most will see plenty of sunshine and it will feel warm in light winds, although slightly fresher at the coast with a gentle sea breeze.
The maximum temperature is set to reach around 17C, before falling to a minimum of 2C overnight.
Tomorrow's forecast said: "After another chilly start, it will be a fine, sunny and warm day with most seeing almost clear blue skies by the afternoon. However, it will be cooler on coasts."
The temperature is set to peak at around 20C.
