COMING SOON?: Could Taunton and Minehead soon have new Travelodge hotels?
BUDGET hotel Travelodge is looking for new premises in Somerset.
The firm has revealed it is on the lookout for sites in Minehead, Yeovil, the centre of Taunton and Weston-super-Mare.
It says the potential investment could top £32 million and create around 100 jobs.
Currently, the nearest Travelodge to Taunton town centre is at Hankridge and there is a venue at Chelston, near Wellington.
