NEW: 176 new homes are to be built at Jurston Farm
MORE homes are headed to Wellington as one planning application gets approved and another is submit.
Planning permission has been granted for 176 homes at Jurston Farm to be built. Contractors CG Fry hope infrastructure works can commence in the spring, with homes ready to be moved in to in 2018.
Meanwhile, another application for 205 houses and 60 apartments has been submit by Gladman Developments which hopes to see new homes built in Rockwell Green west of Bagley Road.
