A PERSON has been left with "potentially life-changing injuries" after a crash near Wellington.
The A38 was closed in both directions from 5pm until 8.10pm (June 26)
The road was blocked between Pope's Lane and Brimstone Lane.
The crash was between a car and a motorcycle.
A spokesman from Avon and Somerset Police said that a person was taken to hospital with "potentially life changing injuries".
South Western Ambulance Service attended the scene at 4.52pm.
One male casualty suffered leg injuries and a possible fractured hip.
The service attended with one rapid response vehicle, one ambulance and the air ambulance was called.
The man was taken to Musgrove Park Hospital by the air ambulance.
