Hallowe'en skips to help SeeAbility
SKIPS like this have been popping up around town.
Wellington Waste Management have produced some Hallowe'en-themed skips in an effort to raise money for SeeAbility.
They can be found at Total Triumphs on the A38 towards Taunton and in the car park at Morgan's Cafe on the A38 between Wellington and Tiverton.
