A TAXI driver has appeared in court charged with causing death by careless driving.
Brendan Cox, 33, of Enmore Road, Taunton, appeared at Taunton Deane Magistrates’ Court today (October 31) accused of causing the death of motorcyclist Erik Garland, 25, who died in a crash at Silk Mills Road on March 21.
Mr Cox denies the allegation and the case has been committed to crown court.
