TWO men accused of murdering Paul Retallick both entered not guilty pleas at Bristol Crown Court this morning (December 5).
Michael McGinty, 55, and Lee McGinty, 25, both of Peony Way, Langport, are charged with the murder of the 35-year-old at the Kelways Estate in Langport in September.
The father and son appeared before Judge Martin Picton via videolink from their Dorchester prison and have both been remanded in custody. Michael McGinty's application for bail was refused.
They are next due in court on February 18 before their 12-day trial starts at Bristol Crown Court on March 4.
