VISITORS headed to Great Bow Wharf, Langport, on Saturday to enjoy a day of music, art, crafts, dancing and other activities.
The event was held as part of the first Social Saturday, a nationwide initiative which aims to raise awareness of social enterprises and boost the number of people buying from them.
Research released last week by Social Enterprise UK and the Cabinet Office shows that 34% of people in the South-West believe there is a stigma in buying from socially irresponsible businesses, compared to a national figure of 26%.
