Fire crews tackle telehandler blaze near Wellington
Firefighters were called to a report of a telehandler on fire near Wellington last night.
Two fire appliances, one from Wellington and one from Wiveliscombe attended the fire in High Wellisford Road, Thorne St Margaret near Wellington.
Fire crews arrived on the scene and confirmed that a telehandler was well ablaze.
The vehicle was extinguished by fire crews using one hose reel jet, one compressed air foam systems jet and two breathing apparatus wearers.
The cause of the fire is believed to be accidental.
