A cold start to the morning will give way to a sunny and warm afternoon in Taunton today.
The Met Office weather forecast said: "It will be a chilly start with some patchy mist and fog, but this will clear through the morning. There will then again be plenty of warm autumnal sunshine and generally light winds."
The maximum temperature is set to reach around 19°C, before then dropping to a minimum of 4°C overnight.
In tomorrow's South West summary, they said: "Any mist and fog will clear through the morning. there may be some fair weather cloud, but also plenty of sunshine in which it will again feel pleasantly warm."
The temperature is due to peak at about 17°C.
As for the rest of the five day forecast, Met Office have said: "Sunday should fine for much of the day before outbreaks of rain spread from the southwest overnight. Monday and Tuesday will then be rather wet and windy."
