A QUIZ night at Taunton Rugby Club raised more than £4,000 for the Stand Against Violence charity.
Paul Sinha acted as quiz master for the event, which saw the Taunton branch of Santander bank match fund money raised on the night.
Charity chief executive Adam Fouracre, who set up SAV following the murder of his brother Lloyd in 2005, said: "We increased the venue capacity this year to nearly double and were amazed to sell out for a third year.
"Thank you to everyone who attended and made the evening a success."
