SOMERSET folk are being invited to name the two newest residents to a garden centre in the county for the chance to win a £25 voucher.
Monkton Elm Garden & Pet Centre has two new pet micro piglets to live on-site and are asking people to put their name suggestions forward.
Andrew Pitman, store manager at the garden centre at Monkton Heathfield near Taunton, said: “Each year as part of the festivities, we have animals on-site for people to see.
"This year we have two new piglets that have recently been born and are settling into their new home very nicely, the only problem is, they don’t have names yet.
“We thought it would be fun to ask our customers for suggestions for what we could name them. We will pick the two best names and the person/s who suggested them will win a £25 voucher.”
Suggestions should be sent to info@monkton-elm.co.uk before Friday, December 11. Winners will be picked and notified via email/telephone. They can collect their prize at a mutually convenient time.
The piglets are currently at the garden centre for people to see along with a ewe and lambs, a donkey and a mini Shetland mare and foal.
