KIDDI Caru’s Taunton day nursery celebrated the achievements of its pre-school class.
The youngsters enjoyed a magic show, party tea and graduation ceremony, complete with gowns and mortarboards.
The group of 49 pre-school children - who will soon leave the nursery to go to primary school -were entertained by a magician before being presented with their graduation certificates and special graduation cake by the nursery team.
Julia Lofthouse, nursery manager, said: "This is a time of great change for the pre-school children, and going up to big school can be a little daunting for them.
"We do lots of activities to help to give them confidence and prepare them for the change and the graduation ceremony is a way of reassuring them that this is also a very special time.
"It marks their wonderful achievements at nursery and gets them excited about the new experiences and chances to learn that they will have at primary school."
