A MAN was left with a fractured jaw after two groups of youths got into a fight in Taunton.
Another man was left with injuries which required him to go to hospital, and will need to return for further treatment following the altercation.
The incident happened at 2am on Sunday (October 9) outside HSBC in North Street.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: "The incident resulted in two youths – both male – suffering injuries.
"One of them required hospital treatment for a fractured jaw. The other victim attended hospital the following day and has to return for further treatment.
"We are interested in hearing from anyone who was in the area at the time of the altercation.
"One of the victims, who was wearing a red and black checked shirt was assaulted by a man who was wearing a grey top and dark coloured trousers.
"The other victim was assaulted by a man in a red tracksuit top which had a horizontal thick blue strip across.
"We are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident who may have information to help our enquiries.
