CLOSING: Thorntons in Taunton's Orchard Centre will be closing on January 7
A POPULAR Orchard Centre store has announced its closure.
Thorntons wrote on its Facebook page that the store would be closing on January 7.
The post said: "We are devastated to announce that our store will be CLOSING on January 7 2017.
"We will continue to trade as normal up until this date.
"We want to say a massive thank you to all our customers who have supported us during our time in Taunton.
"This is unfortunately a landlord decision which Thorntons has no control over.
"Over the next few weeks our deliveries will cease, so we urge you to visit us to stock up before we sell out of your favourites."
