STAFF at an estate agents were suffering from saddle soreness after a marathon cycling fundraiser.
Employees from Bradleys, which has 33 offices between Taunton and Penzance, covered 150 miles - the distance between the two towns - on a static spinning bike.
The event in the county town's Orchard shopping centre raised £274.50 for charity FORCE, which funded a regional cancer support and information centre at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital.
Following the eight-hours stamina tester, Jack Battersby, manager of Bradleys' branch in Taunton, said: "We were amazed at the support from the public with so many people having stopped to talk to us, show us support and donate money as well."
