A PUBLIC consultation is being held for residents to find out the future of a church hall.

On Friday, July 21, the proposed plans for the redevelopment of a new hall in Bishop's Hull.

The consultation will be from 2pm until 8pm at the church hall.

Visitors can make suggestions for the church's name, the use of the building, and what it should look like.

The current facility at Bishop’s Hull is nearing the end of its useful life and will close by the end of the year.

It is hoped to replace it with a modern building for the benefit of all villagers using section 106 ‘planning gain’ money from the developers of the Kinglake housing estate.

The new hall will have no religious connections.

Bishop's Hull Parish Council is supporting Bishop's Hull Hub with the project.
