OLLY Murs has been forced to cancel his performance at Powderham Castle.
The star tweeted out the news informing his fans that Stephen C Associates Limited, the event organisers, is heading into liquidation.
The news means that the concert planned for July 29 in Exeter and the August 5 gig in Bournemouth have both been cancelled.
According to the company, fans will be contacted directing by the ticket agency they bought tickets from.
Olly Murs said: "I'm so gutted for my fans in Exeter and Bournemouth.
"Although it's out of my control I'm still so sorry and hope I can get to see you all soon!"
