IF you haven't got a head for heights, then this job wouldn't be for you.

These two intrepid workers have been dangling from ropes to inspect the outside of the 120-foot tower at St James Church, Taunton.

It's all part of the listed building's five-yearly (quinquennial) inspection.

The two men have been removing loose lumps of cement used in a previous repair job and carrying out any necessary repairs to ensure the church is safe for passers-by.
