TAUNTON has gone mad for Monopoly after a town-centric version of the game hit the shelves.
The Monopoly: Taunton Edition was released on Thursday and people have been flocking to pick up their copy.
The famous board, rejigged to include Taunton landmarks, offers players the chance to purchase sites including Vivary Park, Taunton Town Football Club, the Orchard shopping centre and even your County Gazette.
And we are offering you the chance to pick up a copy - along with a limited edition 'I Love Somerset' bag - for just £24.99, £5 off the recommended retail price.
All you need to do is cut out a coupon from this week's County Gazette and bring it to our offices in St James Street to purchase your game. We do, of course, have copies of the newspaper available from our reception.
The St James Street opening hours in the coming days are:
- Friday, October 20: 9am - 1pm
- Monday, October 23: 9am - 5pm
- Tuesday, October 24: 9am - 5pm
- Wednesday, October 25: 11am - 5pm
- Thursday, October 26: 9am - 5pm
Staff at Asda in Taunton were getting into the spirit of things after this week's grand unveiling, dressing up as Mr Monopoly himself as they stocked shelves with the games.

And staff at your County Gazette also couldn't resist a game when their copy arrived.
