Former pub could be converted into flats
PROPOSALS have been unveiled for the part conversion of a former Taunton pub and the two floors above into flats.
Court View Ltd has applied for planning permission for the work at the old Pen & Quill, in Westbourne Terrace, Shuttern.
The firm hopes to gain permission to create five flats in the historic building.
Taunton Deane Borough Council has yet to rule on the application.
