BLAZE: Crews were called out at 6pm last night
FIREFIGHTERS were called to tackle a suspected arson attack in Taunton's Eastbourne Road yesterday evening.
Crews were called to a property on the road off East Reach at 6pm last night (Saturday, December 2).
The firefighters found a small fire involving clothes had broken out in the kitchen, and quickly extinguished the blaze.
A spokesman for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue said: "The police were informed due to the fire being set deliberately. Our crews cleared the property of smoke, and duty of care was left with the police."
