Planned road works in Taunton area

TEMPORARY traffic signals will be installed in North Street, Wiveliscombe, during gas supply works starting today (Thursday) until next Tuesday.

St Patricks Road, Taunton, will be closed today and tomorrow for carriageway resurfacing.

Hammet Street, Taunton, will be closed on Sunday for the delivery of roof-mounted air conditioning units by mobile crane.

The rear of Normandy Drive, Taunton, will be closed for carriageway resurfacing on Monday.

Temporary traffic signals will be in place in Trull Road, Taunton, during the rebuilding of a wall – the work is expected to be completed by Friday, December 12.

There will be temporary traffic lights during gas supply works on the A3027 Staplegrove Road and Hamilton Road, Taunton, from Monday to Thursday next week; at the B3170 Shoreditch Road, Taunton, next Wednesday; at Bushy Cross Lane, Ruishton, from next Wednesday until the following Sunday; and on Bindon Road, Taunton, from next Thursday until the following Tuesday.

Gerbestone Lane, West Buckland, will be closed for carriageway resurfacing next Wednesday.

Viney Road, in Taunton, will be closed for work replacing the water main from Monday, November 24 until Friday, December 19.

The B3227 Wiveliscombe Road at Norton Fitzwarren will be closed for carriageway resurfacing on Sunday, November 30.

Work on the A3065 Silk Mills Road, Staplegrove, and the A3027 Staplegrove Road, Taunton, to build a junction to a new development is due to be completed tomorrow (Friday).
