Date set for ladies driving challenge

THE annual Ladies Driving Challenge in aid of Marie Curie Cancer Care is taking place at Merryfield airfield on Saturday, March 7 next year.

Participants will have the chance to drive seven vehicles ranging from a fire engine to a double decker bus or a combine harvester around the four-mile circuit.

Certificates to take part are already available at £110, with proceeds going to Marie Curie’s nursing services in Somerset.
