Pound for a pound at Halcon's Link Centre
MEMBERS of the community are being challenged to lose pounds in weight to gain pounds in the bank.
The Community Pounds Project, which started on Monday, at the Link Centre, in Outer Circle, encourages people to get fit and healthy.
There will be healthy living activities run by Tone Leisure – participants will be able to suggest what they want to do – and tips on health eating. And the Link Centre will receive £1 to invest locally for every pound of weight loss.
