THE tenth James ‘Jimbo’ Norie Memorial Charity Cup football match proved another big success, raising money for Taunton Association for the Homeless (TAH).

The event, at the Wyvern Club, is held in memory of Jimbo Norie, who died aged 21 of a heroin overdose in 2000.

The game saw Jimbo’s Legends beat Bristol Imperial Legends 1-0.

Everyone had a great day and raised a lot of money, for which organisers are grateful – a cheque will be presented to TAH in the next few weeks.
