Party spirit at Milverton's Michaelmas Melody
THE Michaelmas Melody held at St Michael’s Church was a huge success, the parish council said.
Lots of people turned out for a day of activities at the church including climbing the tower, craft stall demonstrations and a barbecue and raffle.
Everyone entered into the party spirit and Rector Helene Stainer even dressed up as a goose for the day.
Parish council chairman Jenny Hoyle said: “It was a great day and a success.
There was opportunity for lots of craftspeople to show their work and the views for people climbing the tower were fabulous.”
